XDeep Inflator LP Hose 13", 16", 19"

The primary function of the LP (low-pressure) inflator hose is to deliver low-pressure air from your first stage regulator (which reduces tank pressure to a usable low pressure) to the power inflator on your BCD. This allows you to rapidly inflate your BCD with air from your tank at the push of a button.

Material:

  • Rubber (Traditional): Most commonly made from reinforced rubber, often with a braided textile layer for durability and flexibility. These are robust and widely used.

  • Braided/Miflex Style (Newer): Increasingly popular are hoses made from a flexible, high-strength braided synthetic material (often branded as "Miflex" or similar). These hoses are known for being:

    • More Flexible: Easier to route and less prone to kinking.

    • Lighter: Contributes to a lighter overall dive rig, beneficial for travel.

    • More Durable: Often more resistant to abrasion and UV degradation than traditional rubber hoses

  • LP inflator hoses come in various lengths to suit different diving configurations and diver preferences. There are 13", 16" and 19" long inflator hoses.
