The cost of shipping is calculated individually for each order. The final shipping price depends on several factors, including the carrier type, package size, weight, and the destination location. These calculations are automated when you select your preferred carrier, and the shipping price is displayed accordingly.

    • Unfortunately, we cannot always combine two separate orders placed independently. Shipping fees will apply to each individual order.

    • Our boxes are properly sized, and we take special care to protect your items during transit.

The process of returning your purchase

Returning items is hassle-free at our online store. Here’s what you need to know:

  1. Your Right to Return:
    • You have the right to return items purchased from our websites without providing a reason.
    • The return window extends to 30 working days from the day you received the goods.
  2. Condition of Products:
    • Products must be returned in the same condition as when you received them.
    • Keep them in their original box and/or packaging.
    • Avoid attaching labels or duct tape directly to the item’s packaging.
  3. Notifying Us:
    • To process a return, please send an email to info@divedepo.com.
    • In your email, simply indicate the following details:
      • Your order number
      • Your email address
  4. Contacting Us:
    • Use the same email address you provided when placing your order.
  5. Refund Process:
    • Once your return is processed, the funds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Return Postage Costs

If you’re returning an item because it’s unsuitable or doesn’t fit correctly, you will be responsible for covering the postage costs to return it to us.

  1. Damaged or Faulty Goods:
    • In the event that goods arrive damaged or faulty, we’ll handle the return process.
    • The return window extends to 30 working days from the day you received the goods.
  2. Condition of Products:
    • Products must be returned in the same condition as when you received them.
    • We’ll either arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund the purchase price to you.
    • Please ensure that damaged or faulty goods are returned in the condition you received them, including all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
  3. Returning at Your Own Expense:
    • If you choose to return the product(s) at your own expense, we won’t refund the amount you paid for shipping.
    • Additionally, please note that DiveDepo doesn’t refund transaction fees.

Warranty Return Policy

  • All products offered by DiveDepo come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.
  • If a product has a fabrication defect, it will be sent back to the manufacturer.
  • The resolution time depends on each brand’s technical service for claim administration.
  • DiveDepo commits to either repair, replace, or issue a corresponding refund for items with fabrication defects, based on the manufacturer’s final decision.
  • When a fabrication defect is acknowledged by the manufacturer, all shipping costs (both return shipment and replacement/repair shipment) are covered by DiveDepo.
  • We retain the right to decline product exchange if the returned item does not meet the conditions specified in our returns policy.

Steps for Returns

  1. We will send you an email containing your Return Number.
  2. Follow the instructions provided in the email to return your product.
  3. If you’re eligible for a refund:
    • A full monetary refund will be issued for all items returned within 30 days of receipt.
    • The amount due for the returned products will be refunded within the same timeframe.
    • Shipping costs will be refunded according to the company’s guidelines.
