We ship worldwide. You can always double check by contacting us for further information about the desired location where you would like your package to be delivered by emailing us info@divedepo.com.

How long does it take to receive the package?

It all depends from the carrier type. We always give the customer the needed information to track the package.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are always calculated individually. The final shipping price depends from the carrier type, the size and the weight of the package and also of the target location. These calculations are done automatically when you are choosing your carrier, the shipping price is also then displayed.

Your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped right after payment. If you have any additional questions, then please contact us info@divedepo.com.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Need to return your purchase? It´s EASY, and it´s FAST!
  • You have the right to return any items purchased on our websites without having to give a reason, at any time within 30 working days after the day you received the goods.
  • Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Please do not attach any labels or duct tape directly on item´s packaging.
  • You must notify us of your return in writing using our return request form below.
  • When your refund is processed, the funds will be credited to the original payment method.

Who pays the postage on returned items?

If you return something due to it being unsuitable or not fitting correctly, you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us.
If any goods arrive damaged or faulty we will arrange to have the goods returned to our warehouse and either arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund the price to you. Damaged or faulty goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals. If you decide anyway to return the product(s) at your own expenses, we will not refund you the amount you paid to send it/them back. Also, please consider that Divedepo doesnt refund transaction fees.

Warranty Return Policy:

All of the products offered by Divedepo are covered by a 1 year’s manufacturer’s warranty. If a product has a fabrication defect, it will be sent back to the manufacturer. The time needed to be able to give a solution, is bound to the time every brand’s technical service needs to administrate the claim. Divedepo promises to either repair, replace or issue the corresponding refund in case the item suffers a fabrication defect, depending on the final decision of the manufacturer. If a fabrication defect is recognized by the manufacturer, all the generated shipment costs, both for the return shipment as for the shipment of the replaced or repaired item, are on the expense of Divedepo. We reserve the right to refuse the exchange of a product in case the returned item doesn’t arrive in the conditions indicated in our returns policy.

To process a return, firstly, please send email to info@divedepo.com and simply indicate your:

  • order number
  • e-mail
  • order number


Please contact us by using the same e-mail address you provided when placing your order.

What will happen next?
  • We will notify you via e-mail your Return Number and then we will carry out instructions to return your product. In case of refund, full monetary refund will be issued for all items returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • The amount due of the returned products will be refunded within 30 days of receipt. The shipping costs will be refunded depending on the guidelines set by the company.
