• Built-in Redundant Bladder: The defining feature of the "TEC" version is its fully redundant, two-layer bladder. It is essentially two independent wings housed within a single, streamlined outer shell. This provides a complete backup buoyancy system for critical safety in deep, cave, or wreck diving.
• High Lift Capacity: The primary bladder provides a substantial 19 kg (42 lbs) of lift. The backup bladder also provides the same 19 kg (42 lbs) of lift, ensuring that either bladder is more than capable of handling the buoyancy requirements of multi-cylinder technical diving.
• Dual Inflators and Dump Valves: To manage the two independent bladders, the TEC BC is equipped with two K-Type inflators and two centrally located dump valves. This allows for independent control of both the primary and backup buoyancy sources.
• Robust Double-Shell Construction: Like the "Classic" model, the TEC BC features a highly durable double-shell construction to withstand the rigors of harsh overhead environments.
• Outer Shell: Made from rugged Cordura® 1100 dTEX.
• Inner Bladders (x2): Both inner bladders are constructed from Nylon 440 dTEX.
• Advanced Streamlined Shape: It shares the same proven anatomical shape as the other STEALTH 2.0 models. This design minimizes drag, reduces the risk of entanglement, and provides a very low profile, even when one or both bladders are inflated.
• Independent Mounting System: The TEC wing uses the same five-point mounting system as the rest of the series. This allows the wing to be positioned precisely on the diver's back for optimal trim, independent of the harness.
